Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes using CMDB tools like Snow.

- Develop custom workflows, approval processes, and integrations to automate IT operations management (ITOM) processes.

- Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM implementation and provide technical support to end-users.

Job Requirements :

- 4-12 years of experience in developing ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.

- Solid understanding of CMDB concepts and experience working with Snow or similar tools.

- Proficiency in designing custom workflows, approval processes, and integrations for ITOM implementations.

- Experience troubleshooting complex issues related to ITSM implementation.
