Job Overview

We're looking for a Core ServiceNow Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on development experience who can independently handle scripting, customization, integrations, and application enhancements. Hands-on ServiceNow Contract Management experience is mandatory. This is a core development role, not admin, coordination, or functional support.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop scalable ServiceNow solutions and custom applications (tables, modules, forms, data models) per business requirements.
- Work on Contract Management functionality — contract lifecycle, records, approvals, renewals, and notifications.
- Write clean, reusable server-side and client-side JavaScript using Glide APIs; build Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions/Policies, ACLs, Scripted REST APIs, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Build workflows/automation using Flow Designer, including custom actions and subflows.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations, including IntegrationHub and Scripted REST APIs.
- Handle data migration via Import Sets, Transform Maps, and data sources.




- Debug and troubleshoot scripting, workflow, integration, and data issues; refactor existing custom code as needed.
- Perform unit/integration/regression testing and defect resolution.
- Manage deployments across dev/test/prod using Update Sets and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews; support upgrades and resolve customization-related issues.

Core Technical Skills

- 5–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development; mandatory Contract Management experience.
- Strong JavaScript and Glide API skills across Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions/Policies, ACLs, Scripted REST APIs, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications.
- Strong experience with Flow Designer/Workflow and REST/SOAP integrations (IntegrationHub preferred).
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, application scopes, dictionary configuration, Import Sets/Transform Maps, security/ACLs, and Update Set-based deployment.
- Debugging and performance optimization experience.

Module Experience Any ServiceNow module background welcome (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, GRC, SecOps) — Contract Management experience is mandatory.
