We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) or SPO (Service Portfolio/Portfolio-related modules).
Key Skills
Solid experience in ServiceNow implementation, configuration and customization
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow SPM / SPO
Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management, Project/Portfolio Management
ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts and UI policies
Experience in ServiceNow integrations and REST/SOAP APIs
Good understanding of ServiceNow data model and platform architecture
Ability to work with business teams for requirement gathering and solution design
Experience in implementation, enhancement and production support projects
Preferred: ServiceNow CSA / CIS certification and experience in enterprise ServiceNow projects.
