Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow architecture, integrations, platform governance, and solution design, while working closely with clients and internal development teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

This role requires a self-driven professional with excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills who can work independently as well as collaboratively in a quick-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Platform Design

- Define ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and technical standards across multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow implementations aligned with business and technical objectives.
- Ensure platform performance, security, governance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

ServiceNow Development & Technical Leadership
- Lead development and customization activities across various ServiceNow modules.
- Review configurations, customizations, workflows, scripts, and integration designs to ensure quality and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance on JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
- Mentor and support ServiceNow developers through code reviews and technical direction.

Integrations & Platform Capabilities
- Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and Service Graph Connectors.
- Manage CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, and Service Mapping implementations.




- Support integrations with third-party enterprise applications and cloud platforms.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Interact directly with customers to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct technical workshops, architecture discussions, solution demonstrations, and estimation sessions.
- Track project deliverables, manage technical risks, and ensure deadlines are met.

Required Skills & Expertise

- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
- Experience working as a ServiceNow Architect or Technical Lead on enterprise implementations.
- Strong expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules, including:

- ITSM

- ITOM

- SPM

- GRC / IRM
- CMDB & Discovery

- ITAM

- HRSD

- CSM

- SecOps
- Service Portal / Employee Center
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data model, security framework, and platform capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management experience in client-facing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in relevant modules.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or SPM are an advantage.
- Experience in enterprise digital transformation and ServiceNow platform modernization projects.
