Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers, assist with seating, and provide friendly and professional service.

- Take customer orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and counter team.

- Serve food, tea, beverages, snacks, and other café items promptly and properly.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, chairs, dining areas, and service areas.

- Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery and prepare tables for the next customers.

- Attend to customer requests and complaints politely and report issues to the Outlet Manager.

- Assist with opening and closing duties and maintain proper service standards.

- Promote menu items, special offers, and add-on products when appropriate.

- Follow company rules, food safety standards, grooming standards, and hygiene procedures.





- Work as part of the team to ensure smooth and efficient café operations.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th / Plus Two or equivalent

- Previous café, restaurant, hotel, or customer service experience is preferred.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Neat grooming and a positive attitude.

- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and flexible shifts.

- Team player with good discipline, punctuality, and responsibility.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
