3. Conduct market research to understand the availability and quality of services.

4. Supplier Sourcing and Evaluation:
5. Identify and evaluate potential service providers.
6. Develop and maintain a database of qualified service providers.
7. Perform due diligence and assess the capabilities and reliability of service providers.

8. Contract Negotiation and Management:
9. Negotiate terms and conditions with service providers to secure favorable agreements.
10. Draft, review,



and manage service contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
11. Monitor contract performance and ensure that all terms and conditions are met.
