Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement AI agents, Agentic AI /GenAI solutions for ITSM ITOM with ServiceNow.
- Build and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows across ITSM and ITOM.
- Identify opportunities for automation, predictive insights, intelligent routing, and self-service.
- Collaborate with business, operations, architecture, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Ensure solutions follow security, governance, performance, and ServiceNow development standards.

Required Skills and Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in AI, GenAI, machine learning, or intelligent automation.
- Proven ServiceNow development experience,



particularly across ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, REST APIs, integrations, workflows, and Flow Designer.
- Understanding of ITIL processes, Change, Incident, Problem, Knowledge Management, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and service operations.
- Robust analytical, design thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and communication skills
- ServiceNow and relevant AI certifications are desirable.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
