Job Title: Service Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall workshop and service operations.
- Achieve service revenue, labour sales, and profitability targets.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor team productivity, efficiency, and key KPIs.
- Lead and manage Service Advisors, Technicians, and workshop staff.
- Ensure proper implementation of OEM standards and processes.
- Coordinate with Parts, Warranty, and CRM teams.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in automobile service.
- Previous experience in a Service Manager or senior service role preferred.
- Robust leadership, communication, and customer handling skills.
- Experience in an authorized automobile dealership preferred.
