Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Service Manager to lead the complete service workshop operations, ensure high-quality vehicle servicing, achieve business targets, and deliver an excellent customer experience in accordance with Royal Enfield standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the service workshop.
- Lead and supervise Service Advisors, Technicians, FQI, CDE, and other service staff.
- Plan and allocate workshop jobs to ensure smooth workflow and maximum productivity.
- Monitor workshop performance, technician efficiency, productivity, and utilization.
- Ensure all motorcycles are serviced and repaired according to Royal Enfield SOPs and quality standards.
- Monitor the complete service process from vehicle reception to final delivery.
- Ensure proper diagnosis and resolution of customer complaints.
- Review repeat repairs and identify the root cause of recurring technical issues.
- Ensure Final Quality Inspection (FQI) is completed before every vehicle delivery.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Monitor service revenue, labour sales, spare parts consumption, and workshop profitability.
- Achieve monthly service targets, customer satisfaction targets, and operational KPIs.
- Monitor pending jobs, delayed vehicles, and ensure timely delivery as committed to customers.
- Ensure proper job card opening, estimation, approvals, billing, and closure.
- Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure timely availability of required parts.
- Monitor workshop cleanliness, safety, tools,
equipment, and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Identify training requirements and develop the technical and service capabilities of the team.
- Ensure compliance with Royal Enfield processes, policies, safety guidelines, and dealership standards.
- Analyse customer feedback and implement corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.
- Drive customer retention, repeat service visits, and overall dealership service growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in automobile/two-wheeler service operations, with relevant supervisory or managerial experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of motorcycles and service operations.
- Proven experience in workshop and team management.
- Solid understanding of service KPIs, productivity, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good customer-handling and complaint-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and dealership/service management systems.

Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience. Pay: ₹14,303.96 - ₹18,000.00 per month
