Core Responsibilities TWO WHEELER IS MUST- EXPERIENCE -5 TO 8 YEARS
- Team Supervision: Assign daily repair and maintenance tasks, lead technicians, and handle hiring, training, and performance reviews.
- Scheduling and Planning: Plan routine upkeep and preventive maintenance, coordinate service appointments, and minimize equipment downtime.
- Quality and Safety Control: Inspect completed repair work, enforce workplace safety rules, and keep work areas compliant with regulations.
- Customer Service and Quotes: Prepare cost estimates and repair quotes for clients, handle complaints, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Budget and Inventory Management: Monitor department expenses, control parts inventory, and order necessary repair supplies.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
