Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Linux and JBoss middleware service delivery.

- Ensure SLA, KPI, availability and performance targets.

- Oversee RHEL/Unix administration.

- Manage JBoss EAP/WildFly installation, configuration, deployment, patching and upgrades.

- Lead critical incident management, troubleshooting and RCA.

- Govern production changes, releases, migrations and deployment activities.

- Lead offshore/onshore support teams and manage vendors.

- Monitor infrastructure and application performance using Dynatrace, AppDynamics, OEM, Nagios and Splunk.

- Monitor JVM performance, memory utilization, server health and application response times.

- Handle security, vulnerability remediation, patching, access controls and compliance.

- BFSI setting experience is preferred.
