We are looking for an experienced and responsible Service Manager to manage the overall service operations, ensure excellent customer satisfaction, supervise technicians, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the overall service department operations.

- Handle customers professionally, understand their concerns, and ensure timely resolution.

- Monitor service bookings, job cards, vehicle progress, and delivery schedules.

- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with proper quality checks.

- Allocate and monitor work among technicians based on workload and skill level.

- Ensure technicians complete assigned jobs efficiently and within the promised time.

- Monitor the quality of service and ensure vehicles are delivered without pending issues.

- Coordinate effectively with service advisors, technicians, spare parts, washing/detailing and other teams.

- Track daily service performance, pending jobs, repeat complaints, and customer feedback.

- Handle customer complaints and ensure appropriate corrective action.

- Conduct regular team meetings and motivate the service team to achieve targets.

- Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and workshop facilities.

- Maintain discipline, productivity, safety, and cleanliness within the service workshop.

- Ensure compliance with company/service standards and processes.





- Prepare and submit daily/periodic service performance reports to management.

- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.

- Work closely with management to improve customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity and revenue.

Experience

- Min 5 years of experience in two-wheeler/automobile service operations preferred.

- Experience in a Service Manager / Workshop Manager / Service Supervisor role will be an advantage.

Education

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile or Engineering preferred.
