The position will be a PAN India role and shall be based out of our HO at Kolkata.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end B2C service & after-sales operations for EV two-wheelers for PAN India.
- Manage service network, dealers, workshops and service standards.
- Drive customer satisfaction, service quality and resolution TAT.
- Lead and develop the service team across locations.
- Oversee warranty, claims, service policies and process compliance.
- Ensure spare parts availability and optimize service operations.
- Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
