Role Description The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and repair services for customer equipment and systems in HUBLI. This full-time role includes diagnosing issues, performing troubleshooting, and ensuring that machinery and installations operate safely and efficiently.

The position involves conducting regular preventive maintenance, documenting service activities, and coordinating with internal teams to address complex technical problems.

The Service

Engineer will interact with customers in the field, explain findings and recommended solutions clearly, and support installations and upgrades as needed.



The role may require occasional travel within the region, adherence to safety protocols, and timely reporting of service outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for diagnosing and resolving equipment issues.
- Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including on-site visits, customer interaction, and hands-on work with installed systems.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
- Candidates should possess solid Maintenance & Repair abilities to perform preventive and corrective service on mechanical and/or electrical equipment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronics, or related field) is preferred.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation, and to use standard diagnostic tools.
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail, with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Previous experience as a Service Engineer or similar technical role in industrial, manufacturing, or equipment-based environments is an advantage.
