Key Responsibilities

- Independently handle installation and commissioning of medical equipment at customer sites.

- Validate site readiness, including electrical supply, earthing, room layout, and AERB compliance, as per the Installation Readiness Form (IRF).

- Perform system configuration, calibration, testing, and image-quality optimization.

- Troubleshoot breakdowns, including generator faults, exposure failures, image-quality issues, and detector-related problems.

- Diagnose, repair, and replace modules, cables, X-ray tubes, collimators, PCBs, and other system components as required.

- Conduct Preventive Maintenance (PM) visits as per the scheduled plan.

- Provide technical support and resolve customer complaints within defined service timelines.

- Train radiographers, technicians, and customer staff on equipment operation, troubleshooting, and preventive care.

- Prepare and maintain installation, commissioning, PM, service, breakdown, and part-replacement reports and update the CRM regularly.

- Ensure compliance with company procedures, technical standards, safety requirements, and documentation processes.

- Coordinate with the Service, Application, Sales, and Technical teams for smooth customer support and issue resolution.

- Achieve assigned service revenue targets through service contracts, paid services, spare parts, and other service-related activities.

- Maintain robust customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualification

- ITI in Electrical / Electronics / relevant technical trade eligible.





- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Biomedical Engineering or relevant discipline preferred.

- B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical / Electronics / Biomedical Engineering or equivalent – preferred.

- Candidates with relevant experience in medical equipment servicing, particularly X-Ray, C-Arm, DR, or radiology equipment, will be preferred.

Experience

- Freshers and experienced candidates may be considered based on technical qualifications and skill set.

- Relevant experience in medical equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting will be an added advantage.

Salary Structure

- Salary Range: 4.00 LPA to 6.00 LPA

- Salary will be decided based on qualification, relevant experience, technical skills, and interview performance.

Preferred Technical Skills

- Knowledge of X-Ray / C-Arm / DR systems and medical imaging equipment.

- Basic understanding of electrical and electronic circuits, generators, detectors, PCBs, and system components.

- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Other Requirements

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.

- Willingness to travel extensively for installation, commissioning, PM, and breakdown service.

- Strong focus on service quality, timely resolution, documentation, and customer satisfaction.
