Service Designer Intern

Join archintX and gain hands-on experience designing seamless end-to-end user and service experiences across an education and career platform.

What You’ll Work On

- Research user needs, behaviors, expectations, and pain points across different service touchpoints.
- Map end-to-end customer journeys, service processes, and user experiences.
- Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve existing services.
- Create service blueprints, journey maps, personas, and experience flows.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, developers, and support teams.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to recommend service improvements.
- Help design and validate recent service concepts and workflows.
- Document service processes, research findings, and improvement recommendations.

Who We’re Looking For Students interested in service design, UX/UI, user research, product design, and customer experience. Basic knowledge of design thinking or UX principles is a plus, but empathy, curiosity, analytical thinking, creativity, and willingness to learn are most important.

Your mission: Design seamless and meaningful service experiences that make every interaction with archintX simpler and more valuable.

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Chennai, Chengalpattu District)
