Role Summary

We're looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to drive organic growth through technical, on-page, and content-led strategies. You'll own execution and contribute to strategic planning under the guidance of senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities

- Perform on-page optimization (meta tags, headers, internal linking, content structure)

- Run technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals)

- Collaborate with content teams to optimize existing pages and guide new content briefs

- Build and execute link-building/outreach strategies

- Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush

- Present monthly performance reports with actionable insights





- Stay current with algorithm updates and adjust strategy accordingly

Requirements

- 8+ years of SEO experience, including 2-3+ years in a leadership/management capacity

- Proven track record of driving significant organic traffic/revenue growth at scale

- Deep expertise in technical SEO, including JavaScript SEO, site architecture, and international SEO

- Experience managing enterprise or large-scale websites (millions of pages/high traffic)

- Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills

- Advanced proficiency with SEO/analytics tools and basic SQL/data analysis skills

- Experience with site migrations and technical SEO during redesigns

- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
