Role Description The SEO Lead will be responsible for developing and executing the overall SEO strategy to increase organic visibility, traffic, and qualified leads for Linx’s digital properties. This full-time, remote role involves conducting keyword research, performing technical and content-focused SEO audits, optimizing on-page elements, and leading link-building initiatives. The SEO Lead will collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to align SEO efforts with business goals, create data-driven recommendations, and implement best practices across landing pages, blog content, and product pages.





The role also includes monitoring performance using web analytics tools, preparing regular reporting, and continually testing and refining SEO tactics to improve rankings and user experience.

Qualifications

- Solid Keyword Research and On-Page SEO skills, including optimizing metadata, headings, content structure, and internal linking.
- Experience conducting comprehensive SEO Audits, covering technical, content, and site architecture aspects.
- Proficiency in Link Building strategies, including outreach, partnership development, and authority growth.
- Hands-on expertise with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and similar platforms) for tracking performance and insights.
- Proven experience leading SEO strategy for B2B or SaaS products, preferably in global or multi-country contexts.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals (crawlability, indexation, site speed, mobile optimization, structured data).
- Ability to interpret data, create clear reports, and communicate recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with common SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog) and CMS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
