Job Summary

We are looking for a performance-driven SEO Executive in Jaipur to manage organic search campaigns and boost search engine rankings. You will lead end-to-end SEO execution—focusing heavily on technical optimization, strategic content updates, backlink profiles, and data tracking to drive qualified organic leads and traffic.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical SEO Optimization:
- Conduct site audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, or Ahrefs to pinpoint and fix indexing, crawling, and architecture issues.
- Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability, canonicalization, and XML sitemaps/robots.txt configurations.
- Implement Structured Data (Schema Markup) to improve search features and rich snippets.
- On-Page SEO & Keyword Strategy:
- Perform keyword research (search intent, volume, competitor gaps).
- Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, H1-H6 headings, internal linking, and image ALT tags.
- Partner with content teams to optimize existing web pages and plan content briefs for target keywords.




- Off-Page SEO & Authority Building:
- Develop quality backlink building strategies via guest posting, broken link building, and directory submissions.
- Perform backlink audits, disavow spam links, and manage brand profile listings.
- Analytics, Reporting & Monitoring:
- Track daily and monthly performance metrics (organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates) using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Create regular SEO reports with transparent insights and action items for management.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Proven hands-on experience in SEO across On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical execution (salary up to ₹50,000/month depending on experience tier and technical depth).
- Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of website architecture, Core Web Vitals, HTML/CSS basics, Schema implementation, and crawling mechanics.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and keyword research tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
