: SEO Executive (Junior): 0-3 years

Reports To: SEO Senior Executive / Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated SEO Executive to support our organic search efforts, including on-page optimization, keyword research, content support, and performance tracking. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their SEO career to build strong foundational skills while working closely with senior team members on live campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

On-Page & Technical SEO

- Perform on-page optimization for website pages, including meta tags, headers, alt text, and internal linking
- Support basic technical SEO tasks such as identifying broken links, crawl errors, and page speed issues
- Assist in implementing SEO recommendations in coordination with the website/development team

Keyword Research & Content Support
- Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
- Support content teams with SEO-friendly content briefs, topic research, and optimization suggestions
- Assist with blog and landing page optimization to improve organic visibility

Off-Page SEO
- Support link-building activities, including outreach, guest posting, and directory submissions
- Monitor backlink profile and flag any harmful or spammy links

Tracking & Reporting
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other SEO metrics using Google Analytics/GA4 and Google Search Console
- Prepare basic weekly/monthly SEO performance reports
- Assist in competitor analysis and benchmarking

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing (internship experience considered)
- Basic knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner)
- Understanding of basic HTML is a plus

We are looking for an experienced SEO Senior Executive to independently own and drive our organic search strategy. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of improving search rankings, organic traffic, and conversions, and is capable of managing SEO projects end-to-end while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Ownership

- Develop and execute the overall SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Conduct comprehensive website audits and implement action plans to improve organic performance
- Own keyword strategy across priority pages, categories, and content, aligned with business goals
- Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategy proactively

Technical SEO
- Conduct technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, structured data, mobile-friendliness)
- Work closely with development teams to implement technical fixes and SEO best practices on the website
- Monitor and resolve issues via Google Search Console and other diagnostic tools

Content & On-Page Optimization
- Guide content teams on SEO-driven content strategy, briefs, and optimization
- Own on-page optimization strategy across the website, ensuring alignment with search intent and conversion goals




- Identify content gaps and opportunities through competitor and keyword gap analysis

Off-Page SEO & Link Building
- Own the link-building strategy, including outreach, partnerships, and digital PR initiatives
- Monitor and maintain a healthy backlink profile, disavowing harmful links where necessary

Analytics, Reporting & Team Support
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance (rankings, traffic, conversions) to leadership with actionable insights
- Set up and manage dashboards using Google Analytics/GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs
- Mentor and guide junior SEO executives, reviewing their work and building their skill sets
- Coordinate with paid media and content teams to ensure an integrated organic-plus-paid search approach

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus
- 3-6 years of hands-on SEO experience, with a demonstrated track record of improving organic search performance
- Strong expertise in SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, Screaming Frog
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and how technical changes impact SEO
- Prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members preferred

Salary Will not be a Constraint for Right Candidates. Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
