About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on SEO Executive who can take ownership of the day-to-day SEO activities of a website and help build its organic presence from the ground up.

You will work under the guidance of the Marketing Lead/Manager , who will provide the overall strategy, priorities and direction. You will be responsible for executing the SEO roadmap, monitoring performance and continuously improving the website's organic visibility.

You should be comfortable using AI as part of your daily workflow and be willing to learn and adapt to new AI-powered SEO processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical SEO

- Monitor website indexing, crawling and search visibility.
- Manage and monitor XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects and other technical SEO elements.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic technical and indexing issues.
- Conduct SEO audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with developers when technical changes are required.
- Ensure current pages are properly optimized and search-engine friendly.

On-Page SEO

- Conduct keyword research and analyze search intent.
- Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs and content.
- Optimize existing website pages and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement effective internal linking.
- Analyze SERPs and competitors to identify content and optimization opportunities.
- Ensure pages are structured and optimized according to SEO best practices.

Content & Blog Management

- Research topics and keywords with organic search potential.
- Write high-quality, SEO-friendly blog content.
- Create content outlines and briefs when required.
- Optimize existing blog posts based on search intent and performance.




- Identify content gaps and opportunities.
- Update and improve existing content when required.
- Ensure content follows E-E-A-T principles and is useful, accurate, original, and written for the audience—not just search engines.

Off-Page SEO

- Execute off-page SEO activities based on the overall SEO strategy.
- Research relevant backlink opportunities.
- Conduct outreach to relevant websites, publishers and industry resources.
- Identify competitor backlink opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant websites and publishers.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers or partners when required.
- Maintain backlink and outreach records and monitor link acquisition.

SEO Performance & Reporting:

- Regularly monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 .
- Track organic traffic, impressions, clicks, CTR, rankings and indexed pages.
- Analyze SEO performance and identify trends, issues and opportunities.
- Monitor the performance of individual pages and keywords.
- Prepare regular SEO reports.
- Use data to recommend and prioritize improvements.
- Track completed SEO activities and their impact.

Use of AI tools: Candidate must be comfortable strategically using AI tools for SEO planning, analysis, research, and execution. They should know how to effectively use AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, or other LLMs to support their SEO work, rather than relying solely on traditional SEO methods.

AI will support the planning and analysis process, but you are expected to understand what you are implementing.

You should be able to evaluate AI-generated recommendations, verify information and apply your own SEO judgment rather than blindly following AI outputs.
