- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the retail and wholesale store.
- Handle retail customers as well as wholesale clients professionally.
- Increase sales through new customer acquisition and solid relationships with existing customers.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with wholesale dealers, retailers, and business clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Supervise and manage store staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Handle inventory, stock movement, stock checking, and replenishment.
- Coordinate with suppliers for purchasing, pricing, and product availability.
- Monitor product pricing, margins, and market competition.
- Handle quotations, orders, billing, dispatch, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records of sales, purchases, inventory, expenses, and customer accounts.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor daily cash, credit sales, and payment collections.




- Coordinate with accounts and management regarding financial and operational matters.
- Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and professionally maintained.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Take responsibility for overall store performance and business growth.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in wholesale, retail, distribution, trading, or store management.
- Strong knowledge of wholesale and retail sales operations.
- Proven ability to manage customers, staff, inventory, and daily business operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Strong knowledge of local wholesale and retail markets.
- Good understanding of pricing, margins, credit sales, and collections.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel/billing software.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Honest, reliable, disciplined, and responsible.
- Must be target-oriented
