However, being a responsible player, the onus of putting down the operational process and talent grooming also falls on our shoulders. Thus, the role on offer is non-traditional and requires flexibility, perseverance and openness to learning.

Role profile

Owing to the niche domains we cater to, we are looking for a Senior Visualizer who can cater to both BTL and Digital design requirements. In this role, the candidate needs to be well equipped with design tools like Adobe – PS, AI, InDesign & After Effects, MS Office – Word, Excel & PowerPoint. The role requires the candidate to be open to being trained on other online designing tools and AI-enabled applications.

This role will be complete work-from-office. Exceptions will be made only in extreme emergency situations and post completion of probationary period only.

Daily Operations

- Work in tandem with a team of Visualizers and Graphic Designers
- Work in collaboration with Client Servicing Staff & Copywriters to understand client requirements and lead the development of the visual renditions to ensure adherence to established delivery timelines, brand guidelines, statutory compliances and internal processes

· Create design presentations for campaign proposals in prescribed format · Should be able to work on multiple assignments

· Build and maintain a creative portfolio for all the completed projects. The portfolio needs to be shared with stakeholders from time to time on request

· Be a part of monthly review meetings to review completed projects and discuss future priorities

- Ensure brand consistency by complying with client brand guidelines and internal delivery standards of Thoughtcom.




- Ensure all data and work is legally compliant (e.g. copyright protection, plagiarism-free)
- Remain current on developments and generate new ideas to draw the attention of audience.

Skills & Capabilities

- Hands on experience with logo design, typography, colour, web layout design, print production, image selection and PowerPoint presentation
- Relevant portfolio of work
- Relevant education or training from a reputed Arts institute
- 5 years of experience as a Senior Visualizer in handling B2B & B2C clients in India. MNC brand experience will be an added advantage.

Performance Evaluation & Incentive Payout

· In addition to your remuneration, you will be eligible for performance-linked incentives based on your contribution towards additional revenue generation for our business from existing client relationships and new accounts through strategic initiatives.

· For new business generated or additional billables from existing clients, incentives will be up to 10% of total additional revenue after deducting all expenses and taxes incurred in the project.

· The incentives will be paid on a quarterly basis based on the overall performance evaluation. The same is eligible post-completion of your six-month probationary period.

· You need to prepare a comprehensive monthly report in a PPT format with proofs about additional revenue generated through strategic initiatives.

Salary Bracket

Annual CTC of INR 7,20,000 to INR 9,00,000 (Adaptable in case candidate is eligible for any higher role openings in the agency)
