Role Description The Senior Visual Designer will be responsible for leading the visual direction of digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on real estate brands. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area.

Day-to-day responsibilities include creating high-quality visual assets, designing marketing materials, and ensuring consistent brand identity across web, social media, and advertising channels. The role involves collaborating with marketing strategists, content creators, and developers to produce cohesive campaign experiences, from initial concepts and mood boards to final execution.

Designer will also mentor junior designers, contribute to design guidelines and templates, and participate in client presentations and feedback sessions to refine visual output.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Visual Design and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital campaigns and brand-focused work.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Branding and Graphics, including developing visual identities, style guides, and consistent brand systems.
- Candidates should possess experience in Web Design, including responsive layouts, UI elements, and designing for landing pages and marketing sites.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch) and basic knowledge of design for social media and performance marketing.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, attention to detail, and a user-centered design mindset; experience in real estate or digital marketing domains is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess a relevant educational background in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in a senior design capacity.
