ElaraRise Technologies is building AI-powered solutions to protect and improve POS operations . We are looking for a Senior Vision AI / ML Engineer to take ownership of the complete computer vision detection pipeline and help deploy production-grade AI systems at real-world sites.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has already shipped computer vision systems beyond the lab and is ready to own the technology end to end.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of production Computer Vision / Deep Learning experience — deployed systems, not research-only.
- Strong experience with object detection using YOLO or similar frameworks .
- Proven experience deploying computer vision models to real-world production sites .
- Solid edge AI optimisation experience using TensorRT, DeepStream, and hardware-accelerated inference .
- Experience working with NVIDIA Jetson platforms , preferably Jetson Orin .
- Strong understanding of model training, evaluation, inference optimisation, and deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and improve AI systems in real-world environments.




- A strong mentoring mindset and the ability to bring junior engineers up to production-level competency.

What You Would Own
- The entire computer vision detection pipeline .
- Model selection, training, evaluation, and optimisation .
- TensorRT and DeepStream deployment on NVIDIA Jetson Orin .
- Camera placement and deployment at live customer sites.
- Defining and tuning false-positive / detection thresholds .
- Performance, reliability, and accuracy of deployed AI systems.
- Mentoring and developing the AI engineering team .
