About the Role We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to shape and evolve our visual design language across UI, data visualization, and motion design. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Design System team to maintain high craft standards, utilize AI-driven asset production workflows, and mentor junior designers to drive creative excellence across our product ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

- Design System & Visual Language: Work closely with our Design System team to apply, refine, and expand best practices around our visual design language pillars.
- UI & Motion Design: Shape product visual language through UI design, data visualization, and motion. Design and document motion/animation behaviors for seamless developer handoffs using solid animation principles (easing, timing, choreography).
- AI-Assisted Workflows: Utilize AI-driven ideation, generative image tools, and prompt-driven asset generation to accelerate high-quality output.
- Asset Creation & XD Support: Support the XD team by creating engaging illustrations, iconography,



landing pages, feature announcements, and app assets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product designers, design technologists, visual designers, and product managers to develop, ship, and advocate for high-quality, inclusive user experiences.
- Mentorship & Quality Standards: Mentor junior designers on UI and motion craft, providing actionable feedback on interface design, animation, and design system usage to maintain a high craft bar.
- Brand & Industry Alignment: Leverage visual frameworks grounded in brand guidelines across Product and Marketing, advocating for creative excellence tailored to our target audience.

What You’ll Bring

- Portfolio: A robust design portfolio demonstrating real-world UI, visual design, and motion work.
- Core Craft: Deep proficiency in visual design foundations—layout, typography, iconography, color theory, composition, and UI motion/illustration design.
- Design Systems & AI: Hands-on experience working with established Design Systems and leveraging AI tools in production workflows.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent cross-cultural and cross-timezone communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
