Role Description The Senior Video Editor role at Granth is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Senior Video

Editor will be responsible for leading the end-to-end video production process, including planning, editing, and delivering high-quality video content for branding, marketing, and digital campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, applying advanced color grading, creating motion graphics, integrating visual and audio elements, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and storytelling objectives. This role will collaborate closely with content strategists, designers,



and marketing teams to translate creative concepts into engaging video assets for technology clients across global markets.

The Senior Video

Editor will also mentor junior team members, optimize workflows, and stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing end-to-end video projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and high-quality aesthetics across all deliverables.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements, titles, and animations that support storytelling.
- Candidates should have proficiency with industry-standard video and audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Audition or similar tools).
- Candidates should demonstrate a strong storytelling approach, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret creative briefs into compelling visual narratives.
- Candidates should have excellent time management skills, the ability to handle multiple projects, and strong collaboration and communication abilities in a team environment.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Animation, Design, or a related field, along with prior experience in a senior or lead video editing role, will be beneficial.
- Experience working with technology or IT-focused brands and familiarity with digital marketing and content trends will be an added advantage.
