Position Overview: As a Senior UX Product Designer, you will support the organisation, achieve its strategic objectives by the identification of business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execution of user research and usability tests to understand customer needs, pain points, and integrate feedback and preferences to Virtana products and services, through collaboration with various stakeholders, including product managers and developers.
- Creation of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Design and maintenance of visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with design guidelines across digital products.
- Creation of wireframes and interactive prototypes for visualisation and testing of product concepts and features before development.
- Accessibility considerations to ensure that designs comply with accessibility standards and guidelines to provide an inclusive experience for all users.
- Monitoring of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the design quality and innovation.





Must Have Skills:

- Proven design leader in product based organisations
- End-to-end product design
- Strong cross functional collaboration with ENG and Product teams
- Conduct user interviews
- Define user journey
- Must have experience in Figma, Miro or similar tools

Good To Have Skills

- Experience in observability space
- Accessibility and inclusive design
- Experience conducting and leading User Research
- Pro in market research
