We are looking for a Senior User Interface (UI) Designer who can transform complex product requirements into intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centric digital experiences. This role requires a strong balance of creativity, design systems thinking, interaction design expertise, and collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams to create seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate is passionate about design excellence, understands up-to-date design trends, and can drive design decisions that enhance usability, engagement, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design visually engaging and highly intuitive user interfaces for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
- Translate business requirements, user needs, and product strategies into effective design solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems, component libraries, and visual guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure consistency across products, platforms, and customer touchpoints.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall design quality.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Analyze user feedback, usability findings, and product metrics to continuously improve designs.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, accessibility standards,



and industry best practices.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles across the organization.
- Balance aesthetic excellence with usability, scalability, and business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in UI Design, Product Design, Visual Design, or related roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern digital product design work.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout systems, visual hierarchy, and interaction design.
- Experience designing responsive and adaptive interfaces across multiple devices.
- Strong knowledge of design systems and component-driven design.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
- Ability to communicate design rationale effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing SaaS, B2B, FinTech, Healthcare, E-commerce, or Consumer products.
- Understanding of UX research methodologies and usability testing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
- Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, and prototyping tools.
- Exposure to AI-powered products, data visualization, or enterprise applications.
