Creative Camel Studio is a UX and design studio helping businesses create digital products and experiences that are easy, intuitive, useful and visually engaging.

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who can take ownership of projects from understanding the problem to delivering thoughtful, validated design solutions.

The RoleAs a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading UX projects end-to-end—from discovery and research to information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and usability validation.

You will work closely with clients, product teams, developers and other designers to translate complex problems into simple and meaningful user experiences.

This is a hands-on role. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, execute independently and confidently present their thinking to clients and stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesUX Strategy & Discovery

- Understand business objectives, user needs and product requirements.
- Conduct or contribute to user research, stakeholder interviews and competitive analysis.
- Identify user pain points, opportunities and UX improvement areas.
- Translate research findings into actionable design insights.
- Define UX strategies and design approaches for projects.

User Experience Design
- Create user personas, journey maps, empathy maps and experience maps where required.
- Develop information architecture and navigation structures.
- Create user flows, task flows and interaction models.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UX/UI designs.
- Design responsive and intuitive digital experiences across web and mobile.
- Solve complex UX problems while keeping experiences simple and accessible.

Prototyping & Validation
- Build interactive prototypes to communicate and test design concepts.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs.
- Use data, research and user feedback to make informed design decisions.




- Iterate designs based on validation and stakeholder feedback.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Participate in client discussions, workshops and design presentations.
- Clearly communicate design rationale, decisions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients to define and prioritize UX problems.
- Handle feedback constructively and advocate for the user when making design decisions.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.

Collaboration
- Work closely with UI designers, developers, product managers and other stakeholders.
- Provide UX guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
- Participate in design critiques and contribute to Creative Camel’s design standards and processes.
- Ensure designs are practical, scalable and technically feasible.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/Product Design.
- Strong understanding of User-Centered Design and Design Thinking principles.
- Strong experience in UX research, information architecture, user flows, wireframing and prototyping.
- Excellent understanding of interaction design and usability principles.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Experience designing for web and/or mobile products.
- Ability to independently own projects from discovery through delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain why a design decision was made—not just what was designed.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.

Good to Have
- Experience working with UX/UI or design agencies.
- Experience working with startups or fast-growing businesses.
- Experience conducting usability testing and qualitative research.




- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design.
- Understanding of design systems and component-based design.
- Experience working with developers and understanding basic technical constraints.
- Experience in gaming, fintech, SaaS, consumer apps or other digital product environments is a plus.
- Experience mentoring junior designers is an advantage.
