About Exemplifi

Exemplifi is a Palo Alto–based digital agency founded by Stanford technologists. We design, build, and manage high-performance enterprise websites for leading US and European brands. Our work focuses on scalability, accessibility, security, and long-term maintainability.

We work across website builds, redesigns, migrations, and ongoing maintenance, partnering with modern CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, Kentico, WordPress, Webflow, and Contentful.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior UI Designer to own the visual design and UI quality of enterprise-scale websites. In this role, you’ll translate UX wireframes into polished, scalable visual systems and collaborate closely with UX, engineering, and clients to deliver intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences.

This is a 100% remote role, open to candidates anywhere in India.

What You’ll Do

- Translate UX wireframes and user journeys into high-fidelity visual designs
- Own UI design quality across large, complex, content-heavy websites
- Design and maintain scalable, component-based UI systems in Figma
- Create responsive, accessible, and performance-optimized designs
- Design key website components such as navigation, mega menus, templates, and content modules
- Work closely with front-end developers by providing clear assets, specs, and guidance




- Present and defend design decisions to internal teams and client stakeholders
- Collaborate with clients to understand brand guidelines and incorporate feedback
- Continuously improve UI standards, consistency, and design best practices
- What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

- 5+ years of skilled UI design experience (web-focused)
- Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise or complex website designs
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and design systems
- Solid understanding of UI, UX fundamentals, user flows, and accessibility (ADA/WCAG)
- Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy)
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams

Nice-to-Have

- Experience working with US or European clients
- SaaS, B2B, or large-scale content websites
- Basic understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS)
