About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultants / Senior Travel Consultants to join our team at JuzGo Holidays.

The role involves understanding customer travel requirements, designing suitable travel solutions, preparing quotations, coordinating bookings and converting travel enquiries into successful bookings while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Candidates with strong knowledge of domestic and international travel, holiday packages, destinations, ticketing, hotels, visas and travel operations will be preferred for senior-level positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences and budget.
- Recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries and travel quotations.
- Handle travel enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate flight, hotel, transfer, sightseeing and other travel arrangements.
- Maintain strong knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations.
- Explain package inclusions, exclusions, travel terms and conditions clearly to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, hotels, airlines and other travel partners.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations and customer requests professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on new destinations, travel trends, packages and offers.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure smooth pre-travel and post-booking support.




- Maintain professional communication and provide a high-quality customer experience.

For Senior-Level Candidates Candidates with strong experience will additionally be expected to:

- Handle high-value and customized travel enquiries.
- Independently manage complex domestic and international itineraries.
- Demonstrate strong destination and product knowledge.
- Handle difficult customer situations and escalations.
- Mentor junior travel consultants where required.
- Support the team in achieving sales and conversion targets.
- Develop repeat-client and referral business.
- Contribute ideas for improving travel packages, sales processes and customer experience.

Required Skills

Essential:

Preferred for Senior Candidates:

- Domestic & international destination knowledge.
- Experience in customized holidays.
- Knowledge of airline/hotel booking processes.
- Experience handling international travel enquiries.
- Knowledge of visa/travel documentation is an advantage.
- Existing customer/network base is an advantage.
- Proven sales conversion track record.

Educational Qualification

- Any Graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / related field.
- Relevant travel-industry experience will be considered strongly.
- Freshers with strong communication, sales interest and willingness to learn may also be considered for entry-level positions.

Salary: ₹18,000 onwards for 1year Experience; up to ₹1,00,000/month for highly experienced candidates, based on knowledge, experience, skills and overall suitability.
