VS4 Holidays is hiring an experienced Travel Sales Executive for our Alkapuri, Vadodara office. The candidate will handle customer enquiries for domestic and international holiday packages, including Thailand, Dubai, Bali, Vietnam, Maldives, Goa and other popular destinations.

Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website and social media • Understand the customer’s destination, dates, budget and travel preferences • Suggest suitable hotels, flights, transfers, sightseeing and tour packages • Prepare customised itineraries and quotations • Follow up regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings • Maintain accurate records of leads,



payments and follow-ups • Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams after confirmation • Achieve monthly sales and booking targets Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in travel or holiday-package sales • Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations • Strong communication, negotiation and sales-closing skills • Comfortable handling inbound and outbound customer calls • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, Excel and travel-management software • Fluency in Hindi; positive English and Gujarati preferred Job Type: Full-time, work from office Location: Alkapuri, Vadodara Fixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives
