Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the consultant will advise customers on destinations, itineraries, and travel options, creating tailored travel plans that align with their preferences and budget.

Daily responsibilities include managing end-to-end travel arrangements, handling flight, hotel, and tour reservations, coordinating visa documentation, and ensuring compliance with travel and regulatory requirements. The consultant will provide responsive customer service, resolve issues, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and partners to optimize packages, maintain accurate records, and contribute to sales targets and business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with experience advising clients on international destinations and complex itineraries.
- Candidates should possess hands-on expertise in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including booking flights, accommodation, tours, and managing changes or cancellations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and handle escalations in a professional manner.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with travel booking systems, GDS or online travel platforms, and basic office software tools.
- Relevant experience in a senior or lead travel consultant role in a travel agency or tour operator environment is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred, along with knowledge of international travel regulations and visa processes.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, negotiation abilities, and fluency in English; additional regional or foreign languages are an advantage.
