SENIOR TRAINER

Location: Ambattur, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions that meet business needs

- Must have exposure in creating e-learning modules and follow instructional design basics

- Must be familiar with Training Need Analysis and Training Need Identification

- Create content and develop content

- Must have experience in conducting soft skills and Behavioral Training program

- Partner with managers and subject experts to keep content updated

- Learn new training methods and tools

- Governance and Tracking of programs handled

- Help run induction programs for new employees as and when required

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in any field

- Experience in both classroom and online training

- 4+ years in corporate or BPO training roles

- Solid presentation and communication skills

- Ability to design training material and e-learning content

- Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
