Location: Andheri East / Marol, Mumbai

Experience: 3–6 Years

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month

Working Days: 6 days a week

Qualification: Graduate / B.Com / MBA Finance preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Trade Finance Executive / Team Leader to manage day-to-day trade finance operations and lead a team. The candidate should have solid knowledge of Import & Export documentation, LC, BG, bank coordination, SWIFT and trade finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise a team of Trade Finance executives.
- Allocate daily work and monitor team performance, productivity and TAT.
- Handle Import & Export Trade Finance transactions.
- Process and verify Letters of Credit (LC), LC amendments, negotiation and settlement.
- Handle Bank Guarantees (BG), SBLC and Documentary Collections.
- Check export/import documents and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with banks for LC, BG, payments, documentation and transaction-related queries.
- Handle and monitor SWIFT messages and trade finance instructions.
- Ensure compliance with UCP 600, ISBP, Incoterms and applicable banking/RBI guidelines.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Logistics and Commercial teams.
- Follow up on outstanding bills, payments, discrepancies and document submissions.




- Review team members' work for accuracy and compliance.
- Resolve operational issues and handle internal/external escalations.
- Train and guide team members on trade finance procedures.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and management reports.
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely closure of transactions.
- Ensure the team follows company policies, compliance requirements and operational controls.
- Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in Trade Finance / Import Export / Banking Operations.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage trade finance operations, lead a small team, coordinate with banks and internal departments, and ensure all transactions are completed accurately and within the required TAT.

- Prior team-handling or team-lead experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of LC, BG, SBLC, Documentary Collections and Export/Import documentation.
- Knowledge of SWIFT, UCP 600 and ISBP.
- Good knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience dealing directly with banks will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
