Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end travel requests for domestic and international flights, trains, and buses.
- Oversee domestic and international hotel accommodations, ensuring policy adherence and budget compliance.
- Process all necessary visa requirements for international travel.
- Coordinate and operate the travel desk on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
- Negotiate rates and manage relationships with travel vendors for cost-effective solutions.
- Resolve travel emergencies, including rebookings, cancellations, and modifications in real-time.
- Maintain accurate travel logs, track expense reports, and reconcile vendor invoices for accurate processing.

- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple travel requests simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities to address real-time travel emergencies and unforeseen issues.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills for securing optimal travel rates.
- High attention to detail for accurate visa processing, expense tracking, and invoice reconciliation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with travelers and vendors globally.
- Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential travel disruptions.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate travel management or a similar role.
- Proven ability to handle end-to-end travel logistics, including flights, hotels, trains, and buses.
- Experience with visa processing and international travel regulations.
- Strong negotiation skills with travel vendors.
- Flexibility to work 24/7 rotational shifts.
