We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer / Product Designer who can completely transform the existing AdxReel product experience into a premium, modern, intuitive, scalable and internationally competitive product. Role Objective The primary responsibility of this role is to redesign the complete AdxReel user experience and user interface across Website, Web App and Mobile App .
The designer must create a unified design system where:
Desktop Web → Tablet → Mobile Web → Mobile Application all feel like the same AdxReel product while still being optimized for each platform.
The objective is not simply to make the existing UI look better.
The objective is to rethink the complete user journey, simplify the product, improve usability, create a premium visual identity, and produce developer-ready designs.
Key Responsibilities1. Complete UI/UX Redesign
- Review the existing AdxReel website, web application and mobile application.
- Identify current UI/UX problems, inconsistencies and usability issues.
- Redesign the complete product experience.
- Improve navigation, information architecture and user flows.
- Create a modern, premium and highly engaging interface.
- Ensure the product is simple enough for first-time users.
- Design for scalability as AdxReel adds more features.
1. Website & Web Application
Design the complete responsive experience for:
- Desktop
- Laptop
- Tablet
- Mobile web
- Different screen resolutions
The website and web application should use a consistent design language. The design must ensure that when users open AdxReel on a mobile browser, the interface automatically adapts into a proper mobile experience.
1. Mobile Application
Design the complete mobile application experience for:
- iOS
- Android
The mobile application should not simply be a compressed version of the desktop website. It must be mobile-first where appropriate , with:
- Easy navigation
- Thumb-friendly interactions
- Explicit hierarchy
- Fast content discovery
- Smooth user flows
- Modern interactions
- Excellent onboarding
- Strong visual consistency

Create a scalable AdxReel Design System covering:

A feature designed for desktop should have a clear responsive behavior for:

However, responsive design does not mean simply shrinking the desktop screen.

Weekly Performance & Payment Structure Payment will be released weekly based on approved milestone completion , not simply based on attendance or number of hours worked.

If a milestone is incomplete or does not meet the agreed quality standard, payment may be deferred until the agreed deliverables are completed and approved.
