Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for UK Meta travel sales

- Convert qualified sales leads into confirmed bookings

- Provide end-to-end travel solutions including flight bookings, modifications, and cancellations

- Use GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo) efficiently and accurately

- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets while maintaining quality standards

- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company policies

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication

Required Candidate Profile

- Minimum 6 months of experience in UK Travel Sales Process (Voice)

- Strong hands-on experience with GDS systems

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Proven ability to close sales and meet targets

- Willingness to work in 24x7 shifts

- Result-oriented with solid attention to detail
