Job Title: Senior Techno-Functional Consultant - Netsmart my Avatar Experience Level: 10-12 years Department: Healthcare Product Engineering / EHR Delivery Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in the Netsmart my Avatar EHR platform. You will serve as the technical and functional anchor for our behavioral health EHR ecosystem. In this role, you will design custom workflows, build system integrations and optimize backend databases.

You will directly translate U. S. behavioral health clinical and financial needs into scalable technical solutions.

Core Responsibilitiesmy Avatar Customisation: Configure and customize my Avatar using RADplus, Form Designer, and custom tables to meet complex clinical workflows.

Business

Logic &

- Automation: Develop and maintain complex business rules, validations, and data automation using Script Link (C#/. NET or Java Script). Reporting &
- Analytics: Design, write, and optimize complex operational and financial reports using Crystal Reports and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Database &
- Performance: Write and tune advanced SQL Server stored procedures, views, and triggers to handle heavy EHR data loads safely.

Interoperability:



Build and manage data exchanges using HL7 interfaces and custom APIs to connect my Avatar with external labs, pharmacies, and state registries.

Production Support: Provide Tier 3 technical support, debugging complex code drops, database lockouts, and interface failures.

Technical &

- Functional Skills Netsmart Focus: 5+ years of dedicated technical experience explicitly within the Netsmart my Avatar ecosystem.

Core Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and. NET Framework (C#).my Avatar Tools: Proven hands-on experience with Script Link, RADplus, and Crystal Reports.

Healthcare Data: Robust understanding of HL7 formatting and U. S. behavioral health workflows (intake, assessments, treatment plans).

RCM Awareness: Familiarity with my Avatar financial modules, including billing matrices, charge generation, and 837/835 electronic claims.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in B. E./B. Tech, MCA, or M. Sc. in Computer Science / Information Technology.

Experience working in regular or partial U. S. shift overlap hours.

Background working in a U. S. Healthcare IT service company or GCC based out of India.
