Head Technician

Department: Service/Workshop

Location: Infinity Hyundai, Sambalpur

Reporting To: Workshop Manager / Service Manager

Job Purpose:

To lead the team of technicians in carrying out efficient vehicle diagnosis, repair, and maintenance as per Hyundai standards, ensuring high-quality workmanship, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

- Strong technical knowledge of Hyundai vehicles.
- Expertise in advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of workshop systems, tools, and diagnostic software.





Qualification & Experience:

- Diploma/ITI in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in automobile workshop.
- Prior Hyundai dealership experience will be an added advantage.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- First Time Right (FTR) percentage.
- Workshop productivity and efficiency.
- Repeat repair ratio.
- Customer satisfaction scores.
- Technician training and development records.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
