Key Responsibilities:

- Must have IT hiring experience.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies tailored to the different domains.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates, clients, and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Required Skills:

- Working experience of 3 – 5 years in domestic staffing.
- Working experience in Staffing industry
- Contract staffing experience is a must have.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
