About the Role We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join Clear.

The Technical Program

Manager will be responsible for managing projects and programs, from conception to delivery. This role requires a technical background, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a SAAS environment,



and a robust track record of managing complex technical projects. They will be able to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities (What you'll be expected to do)

- Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute complex technical projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans and documentation.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues; and suggest feasible solutions.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work with product and engineering teams to prioritize feature development or resolve any product bugs.
- Manage communication with external vendors and partners in case any.
- Hands-on with data analysis; tracking usage metrics etc.
- Closely work with Account Managers and Customer Success manager for project deliverables
- Develop the integrated solution with ERP and demonstrate it to customers
- Handling multi-vendor projects, budgeting, and global teams, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Enable seamless and secure data exchange and interoperability across diverse platforms and applications.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

- 10-15 years of technical project management experience
- Experience in functional or technical roles in implementation of large ERP systems is a plus
- Experience working with clients in the technology or SaaS industry is preferred
- Experience working with international(GCC or Europe or NA) clients is preferred
- Independent thinking with keen problem solving skills
- High organization and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to take hands-on approach in managing client needs wherever required
