Skills Required:

- Technical Skills:

- Strong Understanding of Java ,Spring Boot,Spring Framework,REST APIs and SQL

- Good Understanding of React.Js,HTML,CSS and modern web application architecture.

- Experience managing projects involving Adobe Experience Manager(AEM) or other Enterprise CMS platforms.

- Understanding of CMS migration ,content modelling, content migration strategies, and website delivery.

- Knowledge of application deployment ,release management, and production support.

- Familiarity with CDN Configuration ,firewall coordination ,SSL Certificates ,DNS and Web infrastructure.

- Exposure to cloud platforms(AWS Preferred) and CI/CD Practices.

Roles & Responsibility :

- Lead the end-to end migration of an enterprise website platform from Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to custom-built CMS developed using Spring and React.Js.

- The role involves driving project delivery, coordination cross-functional teams, managing customer communication and




- ensuring a smooth transition from the existing CMS to the recent platform with minimal business disruption.

- Lead planning and execution of the AEM Custom CMS migration program.

- Manage project scope, schedule, milestone, resource, risks, dependencies, and change requests.

- Coordinate with development ,QA,DevOps, infrastructure, security , and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Work closely with solution architects and technical leads to track application design, development, integration, and migration activities.

- Manage content migration, release planning ,cutover, and hyoercare activities.

- Act as the primary interface with customer stakeholders, conducting project reviews, status reporting ,and steering meetings.

- Ensure timely resolution of project risks, technical issues, and delivery blockers.

- Drive project governance ,documentation and compliance with organizational delivery processes.

Certification if any,

PMP or PMP-ACP(Preferrable).
