About AIRTAXIAIRTAXI is a growing aviation organization focused on flight training, aircraft operations, and aviation maintenance. We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Technical Officer to support our technical documentation, compliance records, data management, and quality-related functions.

Role OverviewThe Senior Technical Officer will be responsible for maintaining and managing DGCA-related technical documentation and records, supporting CAM / Quality functions, and ensuring that technical data is accurately recorded, analyzed, securely maintained, and readily available for audits and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong aviation documentation experience combined with good data analysis and digital record-management skills.

Key Responsibilities• Manage and maintain technical documentation required for CAM, Quality Control, and Quality Management functions

- Maintain DGCA-required records, compliance documents, technical files, and audit documentation
- Ensure proper filing, indexing, version control, and secure digital storage of technical records
- Support CAM / QC / QM teams in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory inspections
- Monitor documentation validity, expiry dates, and compliance requirements
- Collect, organize, and analyze technical and operational data
- Prepare reports, dashboards, MIS, and data summaries for management




- Identify data inconsistencies and support corrective actions where required
- Maintain accurate digital databases and document management systems
- Ensure records are properly backed up, traceable, and easily retrievable
- Coordinate with Maintenance, CAM, Quality, Planning, and Operations teams for technical documentation
- Support continuous improvement and digitalization of technical record-keeping processes

Requirements✔ 3–4+ years of experience in aviation technical documentation / CAM / QC / QM support functions

✔ Good knowledge of DGCA-required aviation documentation and compliance records

✔ Understanding of CAM / Quality Control / Quality Management documentation processes

✔ Strong skills in data analysis and technical reporting

✔ Positive knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and digital documentation systems

✔ Strong understanding of document control, record keeping, version control, and data security

✔ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

✔ Ability to manage confidential and regulatory records responsibly

Preferred Skills⭐ Experience in FTO / NSOP / CAR-M / CAR-ML / CAR-145 environments

⭐ Knowledge of DGCA audits and regulatory documentation

⭐ Data Analytics / Data Science skills

⭐ Experience with digital document management or aviation ERP systems

⭐ Strong proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and MIS reporting
