We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and Angular to lead engineering teams and drive technical design, architecture, development, and delivery of scalable applications.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with strong experience in full-stack development, system design, cloud technologies, technical mentoring, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
- Drive technical design and architecture decisions.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and conduct code reviews.
- Ensure engineering best practices and high-quality delivery.
- Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Manage technical debt, migrations, and feature delivery.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support incident resolution.
- Participate in technical hiring and mentoring.

- Robust understanding of application architecture, microservices, APIs, and cloud technologies.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical work, architecture, delivery, and people leadership.
