We are a growing, boutique IT Services company headquartered in the UK, with operational hubs in Latvia, Morocco, and India. We provide IT resourcing and consulting services to corporate and enterprise clients across Belgium and Western Europe. We are looking for a fast-paced, execution-driven Senior Technical IT Recruiter to join our India team.

Working directly with our European Delivery Lead, you will source, screen, and deliver top-tier technical candidates for incoming client resource requests across technologies like .NET/Azure, Cloud DevOps, Data Engineering, and Systems Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Rapid Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage qualified IT specialists (Dutch/English speaking with valid EU work authorization) within a 24-to-36-hour SLA of receiving a client request.
- Technical & Market Screening: Conduct initial interviews to verify technical capabilities, daily rate expectations, availability, and EU right-to-work status.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain warm candidate pools for high-frequency IT profiles (.NET, Java, Data Analytics, DevOps, Business Analysis).
- Delivery Collaboration: Partner with the European Delivery Lead to finalize profile submissions,



secure signed Right to Represent (RTR) agreements, and manage candidate engagement.
- Sourcing Tools: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, ATS (Zoho Recruit), and contact discovery tools to track and manage talent.

Requirements

- Experience: 5+ years of IT recruitment experience focused on European or UK tech markets within an IT agency or services firm.
- Technical Knowledge: solid understanding of modern enterprise tech stacks (.NET Core, Azure DevOps, Data Engineering/BI, Java Full-Stack, Cloud Infrastructure).
- Language Skills: Fluent professional English (written and spoken). Conversational or basic understanding of Dutch is a major plus.
- Tooling: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoho Recruit (or equivalent ATS), and modern sourcing workflows.
- Mindset: Operational speed, strong attention to detail, and a focus on meeting strict 48-hour submission deadlines.
