We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Consultant with experience in Mobile Applications and Virtual Agent solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical consulting and development experience, with the ability to design, configure, customize, and implement scalable digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement Mobile App and Virtual Agent solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Customize and enhance applications based on business and functional requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations between enterprise applications and third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with development best practices.
- Participate in technical discussions, solution design, estimations, and implementation activities.
- Perform testing and support deployment activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant technical consulting or development experience.
- Strong experience in application development and implementation.
- Experience working with Mobile Applications and/or Virtual Agent solutions.
- Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Experience with REST/SOAP web services and integration technologies.
- Good problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent or Conversational AI.
- Knowledge of chatbot development and enterprise workflow automation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Note: Candidates with relevant hands-on experience in Mobile Applications and Virtual Agent technologies will be preferred.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
