Flow Designer, Import Sets & Transform Maps

CMDB, Identity, SIEM/SOAR & Security Tool Integrations

Enterprise workflow,



automation, dashboards & reporting

Technical governance, solution design & stakeholder management

Certifications

Mandatory / Preferred:

CIS – Risk & Compliance

CIS – Security Incident Response

CIS – Vulnerability Response

3+ ServiceNow CIS certifications preferred

ServiceNow CTA highly desirable

CSA / CAD / CISSP / CISM / CEH / Security+ are an advantage

Domain Knowledge

Experience with ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, SOC 2, PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR or related security & compliance frameworks is highly valued.
