Position Summary

HCLTech is seeking an SAP Treasury Consultant with 4–6 years of SAP implementation experience and expertise in SAP S/4HANA Treasury processes, Greenfield and Brownfield transformations, and steel manufacturing operations.

Roles &

Responsibilities

- Participate in SAP Treasury solution design and implementation activities.

- Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.

- Configure SAP Treasury and Cash Management processes.

- Support bank account management and payment processing.

- Assist in liquidity forecasting and cash position reporting.

- Support BCM and electronic bank statement integration.

- Work with FI/CO, MM, SD and other functional teams for end-to-end integration.

- Prepare functional specifications and configuration documents.

- Execute SIT, UAT, defect resolution and go-live support.

- Support cutover, data migration validation and hypercare activities.

- Provide production support and continuous process improvements.

Technical & Functional Skills

- SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Risk Management knowledge.

- Cash Management and Liquidity Management.

- Bank Communication Management (BCM).

- Electronic Bank Statement processing.

- Treasury payment workflows and banking interfaces.

- Understanding of financial accounting integration.

- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to Treasury.

- Exposure to SAP FSCM is desirable.

Steel Industry Experience

- Understanding of steel manufacturing business processes.

- Knowledge of procurement, inventory, production and sales cycles.





- Familiarity with treasury and working-capital requirements in manufacturing environments.

- Experience supporting multi-plant or integrated steel operations is preferred.

Education &

Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline. SAP S/4HANA Treasury certification is preferred.

Key Competencies

Strong analytical skills, stakeholder communication, teamwork, problem solving, documentation expertise and ability to work in large transformation programs.
